Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your items are shipped out.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your shipping address.

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80 within the United States.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order details.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us  within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  • We will investigate the issue and either provide a replacement or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately . We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure your products arrive on time.
